is committed to Buyer’s privacy. The IMS Memory Privacy Policy complies
with the national privacy principals for the fair handling of
personal information as set out in the Privacy Act, 1988. IMS Memory use
personal information collected for assessing commercial credit and
managing accounts and debt. This information may be disclosed to our
related or associated companies, parties, contractors, credit
providers, insurers, debt collectors and credit reporting agencies.
Information is disclosed whether the Buyer’s account is overdue or
not. Persons will be given access to their personal information on

regard to an application for credit the buyer agrees that IMS Memory may:

give and seek from credit providers named in the Buyer’s credit
application, information on credit worthiness, credit standing,
credit history, credit capacity and any other information permissible
under the Privacy Act, 1988.

purpose of assessing an application for credit, and the buyer’s

information of any kind from visitors to our website. "Personal
Information" is defined as an individually identifiable data such as
name, age, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, fax number,
gender, and other such data.
No Data Combination: Since we do not collect personal information, we also do not combine traffic information with personal information.
No Data Aggregation: IMS Memory does not collect individual profile information for
visitors across multiple sites, nor does it use any other source to
