IMS Memory Australia website We have designed this website to make it easy for resellers to search, find and buy memory upgrades. The left side of the website is the computer manufacturers we have memory upgrades for. We are updating models everyday, if you can not find a specific model, please call the sales team on 1800 655 114. In the interests of usability, we can not list every manufacturer. If you can not find a manufacturer's models listed, please call the sales team on 1800 655 114. Our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and how to contact us are found via links at the bottom of the website. We welcome all feedback, which will be used to update and improve our online services.
Where are the memory prices? You need a user account activated and to login to see pricing. This is because IMS Memory does not sell to the general public, only to resellers.
How do I become a reseller? Follow the link on the right of your screen called "Register Now".
Fill in the fields, which is basic company information, submit and we
will do the rest.
Please note that IMS Memory is a distributor and will only activate user accounts of companies that are reselling our product.
We are IMS Memory resellers, how do see our pricing? You need to use the "Register Now" link to we can activated a user account. If you check the option
Company
Already Registered , you will not have to re-enter your companies
details. We do need a company name with your registration so we can
link your username to your company's pricing.
Online Payment options We have a real time encrypted gateway that can process credit card payments online. IMS Memory does NOT charge fees for paying with a credit card. Any user account authorised to order online can pay with a credit card. By default, your company's trading terms with IMS Memory will appear at checkout. If your company has trading terms, by pressing the submit button places the order on IMS.
Can any user order online? No, only a user nominated and approved as administrator can place orders online.
How many online administrators can a company have? Unlimited.
Can I see what orders I have places online? Once logged in, there is a link called "Order List" in Reseller Access at the top right of your screen. This link goes to your list of orders.
How do I get Administrator status on my user account? Log into your account and go to Reseller Access at the top right of your screen. Edit your profile. At the bottom of the page before the submit button is a check box
Nominate this user as an administrator. By checking this box and pressing the submit button nominates the user as an administrator. Once authorised by IMS Memory, the user can place orders online.
Where are my other orders? Our website is not linked directly to our accounting system. You can only see details of orders placed online. The next revision of this website, due in 3 months, will have greater functionality regarding accounts information.
